ABOUT
Miramar Creative is the operational and delivery company of New Zealand Creative. These companies are not-for-profit organisations that provide training and vocational opportunities for the screen sector in Wellington, New Zealand.
Since their inception nearly 10 years ago, the group has delivered ongoing programmes and workshops that support emerging talent starting from primary school age to tertiary and experienced industry members.
The companies are co-founded by Kristy Grant who also oversees the operational direction of programming.

Kristy Grant
Kristy is a highly innovative and experienced business woman who has a wealth of knowledge in the establishment of organisations to build the future sustainability of the New Zealand creative sector through the development of infrastructure. Kristy worked alongside Wētā Co-Founder and Oscar winner Jamie Selkirk for several years, collaborating on many creative infrastructure build projects including the Miramar Creative Centre in partnership with Victoria University of Wellington. Currently, Kristy is the Chief Executive and Co-Founder of Lane Street Studios.
Kristy also brings over 20 years of executive business experience and has a background in international marketing and trade development.
